Although Clarabelle played a major role in early Mickey Mouse shorts and other classic material, she has been largely forgotten in modern times. While Tiana definitely steals the show, Naveen has a deep character arc that takes him from a vapid, self-centered figure to a truly caring individual without missing a beat along the way.
Prince Naveen – Ukulele Player Naveen renders with all his typical charm as he strums his ukulele, courtesy of some beautiful art by Aisha Durmagambetova. With the moonlight framing his face, the card evokes a rich atmosphere despite a most impressionistic setting, and some dancing silhouettes in the background bring home the vibrancy of the widget. Although Tiana hasn’t received an enchanted card yet, it would be nice if she gets one in the future to make a couple.

Snow White – Fair-hearted

Snow White – Fair-hearted does not have a complicated plot or scene like some others Disney’s Lorcan: Shimmering Skies cards, but it uses its simplicity incredibly well. While she’s not the most obvious choice among the Disney princess lineup to wear armor, Disney Lorcana Has taken to reinvent the princesses, and the results for Snow White are spectacular in this case.

Among an incredible lineup of Disney villains, Scar is a contender for the most perfectly theatrical presence, and Scar – Vengeful Lion uses his flair for the dramatic. With green streams swirling behind him as in the musical number of “Be Prepared”. The Lion KingIt’s hard to think of a more perfect fit for an emerald card.
The Enchanted Artwork for Scar – Vengeful Lion, courtesy of Dominik Mayer, highlights Scar’s evil grin As he holds a pole higher. Behind him, Rafiki’s art of the young Simba is scratched on the stone wall, but anyone familiar with The Lion King Should be perfectly aware that his smoked triumph will not last forever.

It might be unfair to usurp Arthur’s shining moment by giving accolades to his mentor, but Archimedes – Electrified Owl is too good of a card to ignore. It is one of the most immediately striking enchanted releases for Disney Lorcana Still, leaning fully into the possibilities of painterly stylization to make the most of a scene that might otherwise be uninspiring.
