EA has designed many buildings and lots throughout The Sims 4launch. In the beginning, it was mainly residential buildings and other basics such as gyms, museums and bars. But with the release of many packages, the batch types have also expanded greatly. This included stunning new designs for nightclubs, restaurants, retail stores, cemeteries, wedding venues, apartments and more. Some lots are public, while others can be rented or owned outright with enough money.
As time went by, the achievement and EA's curation began to become confused. Several batches with the Maxis username were initially designed by Sims content creators such as Lilsimsie, who made an official batch for TS4: Growing Up Together. In some cases, these lots also have pre-made families you can talk to. This is all an EA deal to make diehards The Sims players have early access to the game's betas, but allow creations to be part of the Maxis brand. With that in mind, several of “EA's best batches” are not technically manufactured by the company.

Del Sol Valley Chest Fitness Gym
Excited about jam
At the base TS4 game and several early expansions, gyms were one of the favorite places in all worlds. These locations are great for Sims' self-care and general health. But eventually, having a dedicated themed gym was no longer included. Among the possible candidates, Pectoral Fitness is the most complete between functionality and aesthetics.
Pectoral Fitness is a 30×30 lot on downtown Starlight Boulevard. On the first floor, the changing rooms and the large swimming pool are quickly accessible. The upstairs includes four treadmills, four weight machines and two punching bags. There is an area to place yoga mats if TS4: Spa Day is installed. There is also a private office to do some additional work or reading.

The gallery's Muckery nightclub/Windenburg
Anywhere can be a party
Own TS4: Get Together will automatically add 30×20 The Muckery Nightclub to your gallery. It has the same feel and appeal as Windenburg. However, can easily enter any world. You might want to use it to fill in the rather sparse Newcrest, which has no buildings or residents by default.
The first thing to note is that The Muckery is two separate buildings, separated by a walkway and stairs. The entrance houses two makeshift bathrooms, complete with storage boxes and heavy machinery. The second building houses the bar and dance floor. During the night, a DJ will play music. Upstairs is the private area for casual conversations or to use the closet item to change clothes.

5-1-1 Mount Komorebi Kiyomatsu Vacation Rental
A warm escape from the cold
TS4: Snow Escape has two properties for rent for easy access to skiing and snowboarding. The larger of the two is Kiyomatsu 30×20, three-quarters, 5-1-1. It normally costs 585 simoleons per day to rentregardless of the occupants. The ideal is to come here with a maximum of six people, two couples and two singles.
The main floor contains a cozy living room, a combination kitchen and dining room, and a large master bedroom. Upstairs there are two additional bedrooms and divided rooms dedicated to the bathroom and shower respectively. Since your Sim is supposed to be here for the Mount Komorebi peak adventure, renting is useful and affordable.

Gallery Chez Llama Restaurant/Dining Out
Food so decadent you might not be able to eat it
Similar to The Muckery, having TS4: Dining out adds lots directly to the gallery. In part, this is because no worlds ship with this particular package. You can place the Chez Llama 30×20 anywhere, but like other options, Newcrest has more starting space.
The food at Chez Llama goes far beyond stereotypical haute cuisine. Unless you manually change the chefs for the better Sims 4 recipes, the menu consists of curiosities like semi-firm beef noodles and space tacos with pearl egg crumbs. Outside of water, there are no drinks suitable for children. But it might be worth it as the dining areas are well laid out, the bar is easy to get to, and a grand piano can be played for entertainment.

Wedding venue La Coppia Serena in Tartosa
A dream wedding to remember
Great wedding venues are key to the game in TS4: My Wedding Stories. The massive 50×40 La Coppia Serena is the flagship of the entire expansion. There are wedding aisles for indoor and outdoor ceremonies. This is perfect if the weather takes a turn for the worse TS4: Seasons and you don't want to use a weather cheat. There's a dining room, a lush and welcoming foyer, and a piano to lighten the mood. Upstairs, the bride and groom can change in their private quarters.
Although the lot itself is great, TS4: My Marriage Stories it can get quite problematic. It is often difficult to control the guests and they often miss the ceremony altogether. There are also some compatibility issues with TS4: Love struckwhere certain romantic boundaries interrupt the older love-themed items from the previous pack.

Gallery Perfect Balance Spa/Spa Day
Stay in shape
As with other expansion packs, TS4: Spa Day it did not include a specific world. You can add it to any world or lot as long as it meets the 30×20 lot size. However, empty and peaceful worlds like Magnolia Promenade and Newcrest are best suited. Still, having a spa in a spooky place like Forgotten Hollow can be fun.
Perfect Balance's main floor includes a locker room and meditation area for up to four participants. While you wait, you can also enjoy a free refreshing drink in the lobby. The upstairs includes yoga classes, sitting and posture massages, exercise equipment, a sauna, and tubs for water or mud baths. The only downside is that the lot doesn't include the advertised mini fridge, making it possible to starve if Sims stick around for too long.

Copperdale's BridgeCreek Drive Price Family Home
Boy meets the next generation
With so many students attending Copperdale High, there needs to be adequate housing. The sprawling 30×30 BridgeCreek Drive is no exception. At the beginning of TS4: high school years, the house is occupied by the Price family and their guest, Kevin Puri. This is a very crowded house where family is important, with little space for strangers.
The main floor houses Janae and Marcel Price's living room, kitchen, and master bedroom. The three children, Sidney, Savannah, and Jayden, are upstairs, although it can be difficult to tell the siblings apart as Sims get older. Out back is Kevin's guest house, where he has his own bathroom and quick access to a cheering block.
3
Pan Europa nightclub, Windenburg nightclub
Another Haddaway Night
Although there are other nightclubs in TS4Pan Europa Nightclub is the gold standard party venue. Measuring just 30×20, the lot has vertical space with an upper attic and accessible basement. Although most attractions are for teens and older, children can utilize Windenburg's public facilities such as painting easels and fishing spots.
Upon first walking in, it's hard not to immediately turn to the massive dance floor, complete with flashing lights and loud music. Up a short flight of stairs is the main bar and several dining tables. Bathrooms are on the second floor, along with some couches for chatting. In the basement there is a private party area, with an exclusive DJ and bar area.
2
Thebe Estate Laurent Tartosa Family Residence
Old money, old problems
Another impressive occupied house is Herdade Thebe, measuring 50×50, in the Porto Luminoso neighborhood. Like the Price house, this residence begins TS4: My Wedding Stories crowded with occupants. Matriarch Arnessa Thebe lives here with her son Hector Laurenttogether with your family.
The main floor has a large dining room, a kitchen, and a huge backyard including monkey bars and a gardening area. The second floor has bedrooms for both young Jace and elderly Arnessa. The third floor has bedrooms for Hector, Hilary and Greta. This includes huge TVs, a small reading nook, and painting supplies.

San Sequoia Celebration Center Recreation Center
Fun for the whole family, whether you like it or not
Recreational Centers were the new addition to the The Sims 4: Growing Up Together. This unique lot allows a family to come together, find their own passions, and bond. It's a great place for seniors trying to relax, adults looking to hone a skill, and babies reaching milestones. The Celebration Center was the first official lot of its kind, measuring a whopping 64×64.
The center's outdoor area includes a park-sized open space with chess tables and jungle gyms. On the first floor there is an area dedicated to games, a nursery and a gym. Sims can cook inside the kitchen or on the backyard grill. The upstairs contains computers, an additional bathroom, and creative rooms for painting, crafts, and musical instruments. You can practically stay here all day in The Sims 4as long as you find some way to sleep.
