This will directly translate to more hit points overall, especially if the constitution score is left at an odd number during character creation. While this may not look like a vast improvement, this change can make the difference between a plus two or plus three modifiers, which impacts hit points.

However, the best feature of durable is that it allows the fighter to Regain their full hit points when they have a short rest. Usually, short rests only restore half a character’s hit points, rounded down, so durability can keep fighters going for longer between long rests. Heavy Armor Master – Get even more protection
Reduced damage taken on the frontline
Some feats are deceptively simple but can have huge benefits, and Heavy Armor Master is definitely one of them. Like all fighters have proficiency with heavy armor in BG3It makes sense to help them get the most out of it beyond the usual higher AC. Agility is another favorite feat of mine, as it benefits almost all classes to be as early in the initiative order as possible. With alertness, the fighter will Get a plus-five bonus to their start roll. It can be more improved with things like these Sentinel shield
which gives a plus three to initiative and the flame enamelled armor which gives a plus two bonus.

But Alert has a second feature that’s perfect for frontline characters like fighters: it prevents them from being surprised. in BG3, Surprise prevents the affected characters from taking actions or reactions on their turneffectively skipping them. Having the fighter be able to attack the enemy for even one round while the rest of the party is surprised can make a huge difference and prevent squishier characters from taking too much damage.
Provides the same effects as Alert by preventing the drinker from being surprised with a plus five to initiative. Keeping one of these in stock is a good plan for tough fights as the initiative bonus stacks to give plus 10 to initiative rolls.

Mage Slayer – Better attacks against spellcasters
Better chances to save throw and destroy their concentration
Sending martial classes against spellcasters can sometimes put the fighter at a severe disadvantage. Fortunately, the Mage Slayer evens the playing field a bit, giving the fighter some awesome features to deal with pesky enemy wizards, sorcerers or clerics.
