Comic book movies who are always good at predicting which of their characters will have a strong audience reaction, with many scene-stealers in unexpected roles. More than any other genre, acting in superhero movies is incredibly important, with many films in the genre failing or succeeding under the human strength of its leading role. However, it is normal for the main character to overshadow another existence.
The most common scene stealers in superhero movies are often side characters who have no relevance to the story, and exaggerated personalities that allow them to be more memorable. Sometimes, the best movie stars can sometimes overshadow the star of the movie they are inbe it through stronger performance or simply better writing. Either way, plenty of superhero movies have fallen victim to a fan favorite character stealing every single second of screen time he's given.

Gambit
Deadpool and Wolverine
Few expected Channing Tatum's Gambit to ever see an actual theatrical screen. For years, the Tatum-led Gambit solo movie languished in production limbo at Fox studiosended when Disney acquired the cinematic rights to the X-Men for use in the MCU. As a show of good faith, Marvel Studios brought Tatum in for a notable opportunity Deadpool and Wolverine, where he finally showed off his card tricks, Cajun accent, and comic-accurate costumes.
Gambit's hilarious dialogue delivery makes for some of the best jokes Deadpool and Wolverine. Stealing the scene from a character as dramatic as Deadpool is no easy feat, though Gambit's delivery of his Cajun drawl and strong personality somehow manages to do that.really making a name for himself just like he intended. It's no wonder Gambit's scenes in the film quickly went on to become meme fodder, with fans all over the internet hoping to replicate his suave aura.

Luis
Ant-Man, Ant-Man and the Wasp
Sometimes, it's not even the costumed hero or villain that steals the show in a comic book movie. If played well enough, a simple common friend can easily steal the spotlight from even the most amazing heroes.and Michael Peña's Luis managed to do that in both Ant-Man again Ant-Man and the Wasp. One of Scott Lang's former collaborators, Luis finds himself drawn into all sorts of strange situations because of his friendship with the size-shifting Avenger.
Peña developed most of these lines
The way Luis tells long-winded stories with fast-burning anecdotes and many twists and turns is endlessly fascinating, he easily does the best comedy in any movie he's in. Amazingly enough, Peña developed most of these lines, basing Luis' habits on a real-life friend of his. It's a shame Luis didn't come back Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumaniaperhaps explaining part of that film's decline in quality compared to the first two.

Ultron
Avengers: Age of Ultron
Originally, it should come as no surprise that Ultron was the star of the show in his own film titled, Avengers: Age of Ultron. However, the film's troubled pacing gave it surprisingly little time, with the drama divided too many ways between the myriad of characters within the story. Fortunately, In the scenes he gets, James Spader steals the show as the ultimate murderous AI
Spader's buttery-smooth voice effortlessly delivers Ultron's dialogue, making him come off as creepy and terrifying while still managing to be funny. His dry humor and passionate belief in the failings of humanity is something to beholdand it's a shame the MCU killed him off so early, given how widespread a threat Ultron is in the comics. Thankfully, James Spader will be reprising his role in the upcoming Vision series, where hopefully he'll continue to steal scenes as easily as he steals nuclear codes.

The Joker
The Dark Knight
It's not just that Heath Ledger's Joker completely steals the show for Christopher Nolan The Dark Knightbut it completely defines the movie, and maybe even the entire trilogy. By far one of the most iconic comic book movies of all time, Ledger's Joker continued to influence the character for decades to comehaving a huge impact on Batman's popularity as a whole. With all this influence, it's easy to forget that he also underestimates Batman's importance in his film.
The Joker simply entertains every second he's on screen, whether he's a sly dark comedian or a cool, unpredictable killer. His performance is so amazing that during the filming of one episode, Michael Caine forgot all his lines as Alfred.which resulted in such a good take that it was used in the film anyway. Even if he's the film's main antagonist, it's hard to point to any story where a non-hero character steals the show like Ledger's Academy Award-winning performance does.

Johnny Storm
The Fantastic Four
It's hard to measure each member of The Fantastic Four against each other in terms of importance, but on paper, the Human Torch could be the least effective of the quartet. Mr. Fantastic is the leader and brains of the mission, Invisible Woman is the most powerful member, and Thing is the emotional anchor of the group. But Johnny Storm's Chris Evans absolutely steals the spotlight in every scene he's given in the Fox original. Fantastic Four.
It was clear that Chris Evans in the role of the hero was one to watch
Even though he's an arrogant jerk, Johnny Storm is endlessly entertaining to watch, whether he's showing off, trying to abuse his powers, or pissing off Benjamin Grimm. It was clear that Chris Evans in the role of the hero was one to watch, even before he was able to lead his own franchise as Captain America. Evans came in briefly, but he was memorable Deadpool and Wolverine he reminded the audience how much an actor can be the center of attention, attracting attention like the fire he ignites.

The maker of peace
Suicide Squad
Of all the wrestlers who would become Hollywood movie stars, John Cena is arguably the most successful. Whatever the situation, the WWE star's comedic chops are spot on no matter what role he's playing.especially when you live in the silver hat of the Peacemaker. Once an unknown villain from DC Comics, James Gunn introduces the Peacemaker to general audiences Suicide Squadto the praise of the immediate audience.
Cena's comedic timing is unmatched even by such talented actors
While Idris Elba's Bloodsport and Margot Robbie's Harley Quinn are arguably the two most important characters of the ensemble, it's hard to get enough of the Peacemaker's antics. Cena's comedic timing is unmatched even by such talented actors, leading to Peacemaker easily making the film's funniest jokes. It's no surprise that the DCEU decided to pay The Peacemaker its own series to air on HBO, which has continued to strengthen the character's legacy.

Drax
Guardians of the Galaxy
As The Human Torch, Drax can be argued as the most important or valuable member of the team he belongs to. However, Dave Bautista has proven his mettle as a character time and time againit somehow manages to be the most noticeable thing in scenes full of busy space battles and hustle and bustle. Drax's unintentional humor is pure gold, whether he's snacking a little in an effort to be invisible or fondly reminiscing about the night he got pregnant.
When needed, Drax is also able to put the humor on the shelf in order to deliver the sweet emotional beats. This includes a praying mantis that absorbs Drax's pain from the loss of his family while smiling peacefully at them, or when he successfully creates a metaphor by giving Quill advice about his endless pursuit of Gamora's love.. Even in the full Avengers movie, Drax is the most entertaining character in his particular setting, an impressive feat considering the people who work within the MCU.

Bullseye
Daredevil
Ben Affleck Daredevil it's not a fondly remembered superhero movie, a holdover from the unfortunate era of the early 2000s when Hollywood didn't seem very good at getting many comic book movies. If there's one bright light in all of the film's most dialed-in performances, however, it's Colin Farrell's Bullseye, a crazed criminal with a penchant for tagging. Unlike other gritty characters DaredevilFarrell embraces his character's silliness, laughing gleefully at every kill he makes.
Bullseye's appearance is hard to look away from, stripped of his comically accurate costume to replace a bald scar on his forehead and a gaudy crocodile skin jacket. Farrell is the best part of the movieand seeing him pull off stunts with advanced weaponry is a thrill that few superhero movies can emulate. No wonder Matt Reeves realized his supervillain potential by acting as The Penguin in Batman.
2
Spider-Punk
Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse
Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse introduced a whole new variety of Spider-Man for Miles Morales to meet and fight against, with amazingly creative lands and designs. If there's one new addition that really stands out, though, it's Hobie Brown, aka Spider-Punk. British punk-rocker from a totalitarian stateSpider-Punk's personality and amazing art style grabs instant attention.
It's the small details of Spider-Punk's animation that set him apart from other characters. Apart from looking like a collated book of rock magazines constantly changing color, Hobie's need to rebel is central to his movementwith the character's animation completely different rules are used than the rest of Spider-Man. Add in an appropriately punk theme song and the fact that Hobie is Miles' only real partner among a network of other webheads, and it makes sense that Spider-Punk is the real star of the show.
1
J. Jonah Jameson
Spider Man
It's not often that a given comic book performance steals their scenes so well that they are brought into new continuity by popular demand. Yet in a way, this is the case with JK Simmons of Jonah Jameson, who was iconic enough to be brought back into the MCU version of the character without explanation. Originally, Simmons' JJJ made his debut in Sam Raimi's original Spider-Man, where his quick wit and shy personality made him a fan favorite.
Jameson's time-is-money attitude and wry humor stand out among Sam Raimi's original cast. Spider Man a trilogy. However, he was also capable of truly heroic moments, such as when he refused to give up Peter Parker's identity to the Green Goblin even under the threat of death.. Although he doesn't get as much screen time in the MCU as he did in the original trilogy, J. Simmons' Jonah Jameson is strong enough to own any comic book scene he appears in.
